At Scenset, I sole-designed an AI-powered luxury travel lead-generation product in close collaboration with the CEO and CTO. The platform creates visual trip mood boards that help travelers explore new destinations and experiences, enabling faster decisions while introducing customers to new luxury travel products.

Luxury travel companies face extremely high customer-acquisition costs. With trip values often exceeding $10,000, acquiring each new client becomes a competitive and expensive process.
Established luxury travel agencies protect their customer lists and relationships closely, limiting access to qualified leads and making it difficult for newer value travelers to break through.
That was the actual brief I walked into.

We built an AI-powered travel inspiration assistant · "Sophia" · that helps luxury travelers generate personalized trip ideas through curated content from expert travel curators. Users create a visual trip mood board combining destinations, experiences and imagery · drawing on magazine-style editorial layouts and social-media discovery patterns people already know.
The mood board becomes a starting point for collaboration with a human travel curator who turns inspiration into a fully planned itinerary and booking. AI opens the door; the curator closes it.

The insight that changed everything for Scenset was realizing the mood board itself was the product · not a step before a form, not a lead magnet, not content marketing. People came back to refine, share, and extend their boards, and that repeated use is what warmed the lead long before any curator call.
For an AI product at 0→1, the interface isn't just a wrapper around the model. It's the reason anyone sticks around long enough for the model to matter.
